Since FacilityLink and FrameworkLTC use the same database, you can be certain that your facility customers are working with the most accurate and most up-to-date information possible.

All requests for modification to any pharmacy data will be placed into a requests queue.  The request queue is processed by your pharmacy technicians inside FrameworkLTC.  Here, the pharmacy technicians can see the request and decide to process the request, or cancel the request.  Processing the request in FrameworkLTC will result in automatically updating or adding the requested information while giving the pharmacy technician the opportunity to supplement, correct, or modify the request from the facility.

Once acted upon, the facility will receive a confirmation message for all requests that they have in the queue stating whether the pharmacy processed or refused their request.

Processing message in FrameworkLTC is designed to be efficient and to allow multiple pharmacy technicians to process requests from multiple facilities simultaneously.

Also, new to version 2.0, the FacilityLink users will be able to see the requests that are in the queue, assuring them that their important communication has not been lost.
