FrameworkLTC®
for Windows makes it easy to produce high quality
Medical Administration Records (MAR's), Physician Orders,
Treatment Sheets, ADL Sheets, Antipsychotic Flow Sheets, and
more for the facilities you service.
Providing Total Customer Service
Each facility can have its own style of medical records. You
can choose between pre-printed forms on a dot matrix or laser
printer, or use a laser printer to print computer generated
forms on plain white paper along with the text to eliminate
the expense of stocking forms.
SoftWriters, Inc.
Forms Division
can provide stock for you medical records, including two- and three-part carbonless laser
compatible physician's order and medication administration records.
This stock features the
"carbon copy" capability of a standard dot matrix form. This
laser
stock will:
-
Allow the transfer of all hand-written changes to medications to copies of the
physician order form and medication administration form;
-
Not allow the transfer of
physician orders to the date segment of the medication
administration record.
Medical records can be generated for a specific patient, an
entire nursing station, or an entire facility or group of
facilities all at once. You can specify the type of non-drug
orders from the patient's profile that are included on each
type of medical records, and the order in which they
print. An unlimited number of orders, each with an
unlimited size can be included in each patients profile.
-
Medical Administration Records - each drug order
and non-drug order from the patients profile appropriate
for the MAR are included automatically; treatment drugs
can be excluded.
-
Treatment Records - drug orders and non-drug
orders selected to appear on a treatment sheet are
included.
-
ADL Sheets - print the Assisted Daily Living
Sheets for assisted living and adult care facilities.
-
Physician Orders - allows physicians to review a
patient's drug regimen and non-drug clinical orders at a
glance, order new meds, and sign off.
-
Antipsychotic Flow Records - allow the nursing
staff to chart the administration and effects of all
psycho-active drugs.
