SoftWriters' Forms Division can provide and warehouse label and medical record stock for laser and thermal printers. We have a large selection of stock in inventory and can modify existing stock or create new stock according to your specifications. We also sell and support Sato thermal label printers, Symbol bar code scanners and Motorola Pocket PCs.

Custom Development and Programming
FrameworkLTC includes many different variations, or formats, of prescription labels, MARs, POF, Treatment Records, etc. Our Development and Programming Teams can modify any of the existing formats and develop new formats for printing onto your label or medical record stock.

Laser and Thermal Prescription and Pre-Pack Labels
We produce thermal, laser and laser retail stock for prescription and IV labels, some with variable die-cuts, a peel-off reorder stock, and auxiliary labels. We also produce thermal stock for pre-pack labels.

Laser Medical Records Stock
We have a wide selection of laser medical record stock. We produce a 3-part and 4-part carbonless laser POF/MAR combination stock that features the 'carbon copy' capability of a standard dot matrix form, but will print using your laser printer. This laser form will:

Allow the transfer of all hand-written changes to medications to copies of the physician order form and medication administration form;
Not allow the transfer of physician orders to the date segment of the medication administration record.

Hardware
Our Forms Division is an authorized reseller of Sato thermal label printers, Symbol bar code scanners and Motorola Pocket PCs that are used with FrameworkLTC's companion product, PharmScan.NET.
