In order to view the on-line manual included in this release you must have version 4.05 of Adobe Acrobat Reader (or higher) installed on your workstation. If you do not have this software you may download Adobe Acrobat Reader. Simply follow the on-screen prompts and install the reader on each FrameworkLTC^® workstation.

Physicians NPI Fax Request

Recent legislation has mandated that the pharmacy seek and make use of NPI numbers when identifying physicians on certain electronic claims.  This sample report creates faxes for each physician for which the pharmacy has filled a prescription over the last 12 months requesting the physicians NPI number.
